They appear in your results as soon as the laboratory releases them. They are never emailed — email is not a safe place for a laboratory result. If your sample was received more than a few days ago and nothing has appeared, contact us with your kit barcode and we will find it.
Tracking for both parcels is in your shipments. If it is late, or the box arrived damaged, contact us and we will send another — do not collect into a damaged kit.
Every kit contains a printed sheet, and the same instructions with larger photographs are at labxdiagnostics.com/collect. Read it through before you start rather than as you go.
Each marker on your results page explains what it is, what sitting outside the interval can mean, and what ordinarily moves it. Anything flagged is worth taking to a clinician — we can tell you what a number is, but only a clinician who knows your history can tell you what it means for you.
In the app or on the website, from your account page. Please read what closing does and does not do first — a laboratory cannot destroy a test record on request, and section 8 of the terms explains why.
Our privacy policy sets out what we hold, why we hold it, and who can see it.
