What it tests for
- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Neisseria gonorrhoeae (gonorrhea)
- Trichomonas vaginalis
- Mycoplasma genitalium
- Ureaplasma urealyticum
- Mycoplasma hominis
- Syphilis (RPR, with treponemal confirmation on a reactive screen)
- Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg)
- Hepatitis C antibody (anti-HCV, with HCV RNA on a reactive screen)
IMPORTANT: this panel does NOT include HIV testing. If you want an HIV test, ask your provider, or find free and low-cost testing near you at gettested.cdc.gov. One kit, both sample types, one fee — ordered separately these two panels come to $348. Collect the urine and the blood on the same day and send them back together in the prepaid overnight envelope. A reactive screening result on any of the blood tests is confirmed on a second, different method before we report it, which can add a day. A very recent exposure may not show up yet, so if you were exposed recently, test again later.

We cannot ship this kit to New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island or California.
Those states restrict laboratory tests ordered directly by the person being tested. If you live there, a clinician has to order the test for you — talk to your own provider, or
contact us and we will point you at a clinic that works with our laboratory.
